Can't raise a new support ticket

I reported a problem 5 days ago here about L3211 not working and faulty. As I had not heard for 5 days I tried again by logging in and rasing a new support ticket. I have now gone through three times - 2 times yesterday and once more this morning. I go through completing hte whole template with all hte information and when I submit it nothign happens and it brings me back to LOGIN page. Please check and advise. More importantly please issue RMA for L3211 s/n: 322042
